I found the Fellowes Cassette Holder for $1.99 at my local Big Lots. It does hold the SU pads, but they are not in there very securely. But it will do until I can find a better way. And hey, $1.99!!!
They also had Natural Mulberry by Paperbilities 10 sheets of 8.5x11 in 5 colors for $.99. Yes, that's right 99cents!!!! The packages my store had contained grey, dark teal, ivory, forrest green and a dark chocolate brown.
I found some Making Memories buttons there this week for 99 cents. They had packages of 24 count round ones and 40 count square ones, both in jewel tones. I haven't checked yet to see what SU colors they will match with. I love a bargain!
I found 500 sheet memo cubes in pink, mint green, and a pale purple for $1. I had to really look at each cube because they weren't all cut smooth on all sides. Even if the side with the rubber doesn't stamp as well as the other sides (haven't done one yet), it was a great deal compared to the price I've found near me for anything else. That with some matching cards and a matching pen would make a nice gift pack for someone.
You know we have a big lot in my city but I have never stepped foot in there - don't know why really. Now I feel I must check this place out!!! Mulberry paper for 99cents??? Sounds like my kind of place...
Basketmom, I know what you mean about big lots. I felt the same way. It's got some kind of ewww ickkk factor, about it. Funny thing is I hate even more now that I've been in..... but A BARGAIN IS A BARGAIN! I don't go often, only if I hear of a bargain alert!!!! Dina
I was just there yesterday, but didn't see the mulberry paper--I'll have to check back. The two stores near me both had Making Memories metal embellishments and mm leather frames and flowers and a lot more for 99 cents!!! I can't remember exactly, but the retail price on them is around $5.00!!
I finally checked out my Big Lots store! Lots of stuff!!! There were a ton of Making Memories items - snaps, eyelets, fabric flowers and small leather frames - all for 99 cents or less. There were itty bitty sequins and rhinestones as well as small boxes and bags to decorate for less than 99 cents. Glad I went.
PS: I didn't mean to come across in my last post as thinking the place was icky - I only meant I didn't know what the place was all about, so I never went inside. I actually thought it would be more like a Sam's or have wholesale food in it.
Big lots is my favorite store ever. I go there about twice a week. My big lots has loads of scrapbook embellishments - big expensive name brand stuff - for .99 each. And lots of stampable stuff, and great deals on candies and things to stuff into cello bags... I love Big Lots, I going this afternoon!

I've not been to my BL in a long time. You never know what you will find there. At one time they sold those sterlite 3 drawer organizers in the older style. They were perfect for organizing my stamps! Now it is on my "to do" list. Hopefully I find some great deals like you guys did.
