Is there a complete, up-to-date list put together? I have been increasingly made aware of this incredibly insulting practice of not shipping to our overseas citizens (including our soldiers in harm's way!). I absolutely do not want to give a dime of my money to any company with this mindset.
Hi Betsy!
I have not had the opportunity to create a complete list yet. It is on my "to do" list perpetually, but keeps getting pushed farther and farther back (specially since I just returned from having surgery in the US and had 4 weeks of lesson planning to do for my sub before then and now have to get back in the swing of the things...then there is holiday cooking and shopping and cardmaking (of course!)... maybe during my December vacation?)
Thanks for your support (and on Veteran's Day too! LOL)
I treated myself to a Scor-Pal shortly after Thanksgiving - I LOVE IT! It enabled me to crank out a TON of those paper nugget boxes using Chris Simon's templates in a single evening! Many creative options are now open with this tool... totally worth the investment in my opinion. I am sorry I didn't purchase this sooner!
Happy Holidays and Happy Healthy New Year everyone!!
I know there are a lot of military family members here. Several of us face the challenges of living overseas at some point in our lives. Those of you who already have are well aware that is can be frustrating not having a Michael's/A.C. Moore/Hobby Lobby nearby and having to resort to online purchases to frequently be disappointed that many sellers won't ship to APO addresses.
To help remedy this, I thought we could start an ongoing list of APO/FPO shippers to which members can refer when they are overseas. I hope others will feel free to add businesses to the list below.
Thanks everyone for your time and participation! Hope 2008 is a year of health, happiness and a whole lot of stamping for you all!

Disclaimer: This list was put together with good intentions to help military families living overseas. I am not able to personally endorse every retailer listed below, nor do I guarantee that retailers have not changed their policies since they were recommended by various SCS members. Please read through the numerous individual postings for feedback on each retailer and contact them directly for current information. Enjoy!!

Hey, just wanted to say you can take paperosity off of your list for a while. We're in a holding pattern at the moment and have closed the store for the moment. However, I do still have a lot of products, so feel free to email or PM me if you're looking for stuff

To help remedy this, I thought we could start an ongoing list of APO/FPO shippers to which members can refer when they are overseas. One member was kind enough to mention a ribbon sale in another thread; when I checked it out I learned the company DID ship to APO addresses (WOO HOO!), so I figured I would list it here below and start what will hopefully become a long chain of retailers. I hope others will feel free to add businesses to the list below.

I am looking for someone to take over updating and adding to this thread's list from time to time. If I stay a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, which I am not sure I am going to do in light of the upcoming changes to the independent consultant agreement, then I will not be able to update it as it involves providing the web addresses of companies that compete with Stampin' Up!
Anyone willing to update it once every few months or so?
I know it was extremely helpful to me when we were stationed overseas...

Adding: www.nutsonline.com (they even will send care packages of snacks to troops if you don't know anyone specific and just want to do something nice for our troops overseas! How cool is that?!!)
Still need someone willing to take over updating this thread every couple of months - anyone? Please?
Hickory Farms has identified a bunch of items in their 2009 Holiday catalog that have free shipping to APO/FPO addresses. They are marked with little flags.
Thanks for all the work on this thread! I do have a question about scrapbook.com I know that they will ship to APO/FPO, but I'm wondering if it's Priority Mail or Parcel Post. I'm not willing to wait the possibly 2 months if they won't ship Priority. I tried to call, but their offices are closed and I want to place an order! Thanks!

Hmmm.. I do not recall ordering from them directly - you might want to check you referred them on this thread and send them a PM RE: their experience or try to contact the company by email.
We were never in Japan, we were in Germany but I do not recall EVER having to wait 2 months for anything from the states.
