I've been getting the regular size composition books for 59 cents at Target for the last 2 months or so.

Rite Aid has compostion books for 44cents and ruled and unruled writing tablets for 50cents this week. I spent $10 and had 2 bags full!!! Yippee. I bought the remainder of the compostion books so I got a rain check for 30 more.

Try the dollar store--four for $1 for the MINI-comp books. They are not as high a quality cover, but
since we re-cover with CS, that shouldn't matter. I just bought five packs to use at a workshop. :-D

Default RSVP pens
Today at our HEB grocery store I found the RSVP pens for $1.19 each. There were 2 pens with one free in the package. They were on a display shelf not with the regular section of pens & pencils.
