I haven't seen one with a dress on it, only the form on its own. I have seen the Crafty Secrets one (which i have and love) with a strip of tulle fabric gathered and attached at the waist to make a sort of ball gown effect - very pretty. I'll see if I can remember who did it and post a link if I can find it.
I suppose you could complete of their outfits with a hand-drawn skirt. Otherwise, you may have to look for a dress stamps instead and hand draw the stand feet and pedestal
I picked up a stamp of a wire dress form at Hobby Lobby about a month ago. Depending on how you use it, you can make it look like it's a dress. In this card I paper pieced the dress form to get that effect.
