Default Looking for pattern for a Tuxedo card

Can anyone help me find a pattern/template for a tux shirt? I saw a card not that long ago (I don't think it was here), and the front was cut to look like a mans tux with the little stand up collar, buttons and everything. It was just so cute, but of course now I can't remember where I saw it or find a pattern anywhere.

Anyone got any ideas they wouldn't mind sharing?

thanks heaps!!!

This may or may not be of any help, but here is a link to an episode on Carol Duvall that featured gift boxes decorated to look like a man's tuxedo and a woman's evening dress. You might be able to use these directions to make a card version:

Good luck! Linda

I looked through all of my books today & found 1 box that looks like the one on the HGTV site mentioned above. It should be easy to convert to a card.
Good luck and post it if you make one.
