Not sure how long it's been since you ordered from Viking, but last month they changed some things. Now you need to buy larger quantities of mono refills to get a discount instead of just entering one of those magic codes. It does often work out to a really good price that's only a little more than the old $1.88 amount if you get 12 or more refills, though. They've also upped the minimum order for free shipping to $40 instead of $25.
