LOL! I got them at http://www.joann.com

They may still be on sale, they were 4.99 for the smallest size and I think 6.99 for the 1/4" size. I *LOVE* the tiny ones!!

These are too cool.
The mini alpha's really are a pain, I would love these. Any one know if Joann's sells them in store?

Question

Okay, Kimberly ... if you don't mind sharing () ... which snap stamps do you own? I LOVE the cards you have done with them. I have just the casual mini set so far ... but I think I'm going to be needing to purchase more after you spill it ...

Also, does anyone know of a website online where you can see the font types and the sizes (like actually stamped out)? I was on Joann.com looking and they just have generic pics.

Thanks so much!!!

Denise, I looked for this on Monday in the store and they didn't have anything by Karen Foster in store, but I don't know if all stores carry the exact same thing.

SUPER DUPER COOL!!! I am not sure about the 1/2" and 1" but you can mix and match the 1/8 and 1/4 to make your words a little funkier!!

Ok, I just ordered two sets of stamps from JoAnns. I got the 1\4", because I measured the word window punch from SU, and the letters will fit perfect in the slot. Thanks for the heads up about the stamps.

Mine are going to be here on Tuesday!! I got the mini casual, small casual and formal, and medium formal, all for $33 including tax and shipping. Took advantage of Joann's sale and free shipping! Yeah! Plus, I think my SU order will probably be here either Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait!

I bought the !/4 in. from Ben Franklin Crafts with my 40% off Michaels coupon. Came to $5.99 +tax. Yippee! They had all the sizes and fonts. Now I need to get my butt off the puter and use them. Lots of Birthdays coming up.
O-yeah you can use Hobby Lobbys 40% off coupon their too.

oh, fyi, on the 1/4" and the word window punch... I wanted to use that on my card today that says "kirsty" and that's what, 6 letters? It was too wide to do that.... not too tall, but too wide. so if you do 5 letters or less you can fit it with the 1/4" one, but the 1/8" would allow more wiggle room with longer words! cause I don't use 5 letter words that much! hello, yo, 'sup, etc.... I suppose ;)

I've been reading a fair bit about how the 1/4" letters are spaced too widely apart. Would it work at all to slide the letters out of the mounts, trim them down, and then when you want to stamp with them in a confined space, slide the letters together so they overlap the edges of the handles? Does that make any sense? It would be nice if they just worked, though, instead of having to fuss with them.
