Am I the only one who has "last post" for any MC post read "12-31-1969 by [no username]"?
This brings up two questions:
A) Did SCS invent the internets, along with Al Gore?
B) Are the MC forums so slow that no one has posted in almost 40 years?!?! No wonder they were complaining about not being visited often.
I like them there - I had gotten used to them anyway but this is an improvement. The biggest thing for me was discovering that there were only about 6 MC threads on the first page at all times. That is certainly tolerable.
I'm guessing you'll be taking care of the fact that every word in the thread title is left-justified, right?

discovered that this morning, we'll be fixing it :^)

Thanks very much for listening and hearing! I think the new off to the left side works well for everyone...the MC is still very visible, but not distracting. Can't say enough about how wonderful this place is!

I have Internet Explorer 7 and the member company thread titles in General Stamping Talk still look strange.

I've rebooted my computer. I know this was a problem yesterday and was being checked. I'm not looking at this section much since this is so distracting and takes up so much of the screen. Please post an update about this. Thanks!
I love that you listen to everyone and find a compromise between the different needs here on this gigantic site! I love the icons in the left column and know you'll get the justification thing fixed as soon as you can.
Are they still working on the thread titles being 4 to 5 lines tall it is very distracting and sometimes pushes the general stamping chat right on through quickly?
I'd had the images blocked, but I unblocked them (because I wanted to know where the threads were from; call it undying curiosity without the willingness to click on each one) and saw that they were on the side! Waaaaaaaaaaaaay better! Thanks!!!
Don't like it. Sorry. It's more difficult now to sort through what's really part of General Stamping and what's not since the Thread title is coming through about 5 lines high. What does chatter about "Idol" from MFT have to do with General Stamping???? Please find a better solution. Thanks.
Just another two cents here! I'm not really bothered by the logos, but I am tired of the non-stamping related threads that make their way into the General Stamping forum. I've been avoiding this forum because of it. Can't they be moved? They move threads around all the time on the Demo side.
And yes, the extra tall titles are bugging me as well.
I just can't like this change. logos on the left are better, but I also find that I just avoid this section. it is annoying. I will also be more likely to avoid the MC because they have cluttered up 'my'thread. jmo. i could be wrong.
