Default Michael's Finds

I went to Mike's yesterday and found The Joy of Cardmaking. Fortunately, my DD got a 40% off birthday coupon in the mail (which she said I could use) to use for it. I've just glanced at it but it reminds me of Becky Higgins Sketch book for SB pages. I think it will be a wonderful resource.

They also had new spools of 1/4" gingham ribbon - 5 yrds for $1.99: brown, mellow moss, pink passion, tempting turquoise, black, lovely lilac. They also had spools of ric-rac in pretty Easter colors & grosgrain w/dots - I bought some Lavender w/turquoise dots - very pretty.

I had a great find at Michael's the other day. I went in to price a Xyron 510 cartridge that I will need for a class I'm teaching next month. They didn't have any on the shelf with the others, so I assumed they were either sold out or didn't carry the one I was looking for (Laminate/Perm adhesive). Then, while perusing the clearance aisle, I found three boxes of them for, get this, $9 each!!! I was SO excited!

Just had to share this with people who can appreciate!
