I think that it is template from SU!. I saw a demo with one the other day. She offered to email me the template, but I haven't heard from her. I would love to get my hands on it, too!
To fill the carton?:::: how about:
1. conversation hearts
2. skittles
3. M&Ms
4. red hots.... etc.

Yes, it is available to demos only at the SU site. Maybe somebody will share.
The one at Mirkwood Designs looks like it doesn't have an easy way to have an open "spout." It is like a large 2-4-6-8 box. I think the one offered by SU! must be cut a little differently at the top and looks/works more like a real milk carton. I saw one made by a demo, too, and told her I'd love to have a copy of the template, but she didn't offer it.
I saw it on the SU! site myself and am definitely thinking of doing it for my next club. I was thinking the same thing, about filling it. All I could come up with is "open" candies. I would like to fill it with something wrapped, not open but since I haven't made one yet, or seen it in person I don't really know the size.
As for wrapped candies... you could put them in and then assemble the carton. That way the recipient couldn't get them out... oh, wait... that wouldn't be very nice. JK!

I tried the Milkwood Milk carton and it looks great! It's the shorter size like we (or at least some of us) used to get in grade school. The SU one is taller and really confusing, but basicly the same.
I didn't print anything on the CS. I just scored the measurements, they were are square, except for the top. Paper landscape direction I scored 2" then 4 1/2" then 6" then 6 1/2 (which is the top thingee). Potrait direction, score at 2 1/2", 5, 7 1/2, 10 and 10 1/2 (last 1/2" for side tab to glue box together) I altered the directions to make it a 2 1/2 square carton. Hope this helps someone.
