Hi Ladies: We have an awesome last minute opportunity for a weekend stamping
retreat in North Branch, MN on Oct.21-Oct.23! We have 9 ladies coming so far
but we need 5 more. Many are familiar names from Splitcoast that you may
recognize like Pinefeather, Chris Fuhs, HB, Tmarie, ParisOtremba, and myself(kathleenh). I will take the first 5 who respond to me via PM.
Date: Friday, October 21-Sunday October 23 Price: $125 What's included: Each person will get their own 3 x5 table to stamp and scrap on, your own single bed w/linens, towels, all meals (including Friday dinner), & DOOR PRIZES. What you need to bring: Your own beverages, snacks to share, and your stamping/scrapping projects.
Sound good so far?! We'll also be doing a shoebox swap. This could be a card, scrapbook page, notebook, or any other stamping goodie you would care to contribute. A shoebox swap means you will pre-cut everything to do your project for 14 people with a sample and instructions. You will get to do everyone else's shoebox swap as well.
There will be 2 optional classes offered during the weekend.. Other than that you will have plenty of free time on your own to do whatever crafty projects your heart desires! What fun! You will get to spread out and work on your projects without interruption.
There are 6 bedrooms with single beds. No more than 3 will sleep in a room together. All linens and towels are provided. There are 4 bathrooms and a movie room. There is a huge craft room with 3 x 5 tables with adjustable chairs for everyone. It sounds like a slice of heaven to me!!!
We would have liked to plan this further ahead but there was a last minute cancellation that created this opening and we just had to jump on it!!! Due to the time constraint we will need to get a commitment from you ASAP!!! Your $125 will need to be mailed to Kathleen ASAP to secure your spot. Your money is non-
refundable. Please e-mail or call Kathleen to let me know if you will be able to make this weekend or not. We would LOVE to have you come but if you can't we would like to open up your spot to someone else.

Sounds fun! I wish I could come! I'm in WI, but have a parenting workshop to go to that weekend, otherwise I'd consider it. Love MN, graduated from Concordia college in Moorhead!

I'm so pumped!!! The last retreat Kathleen and I went to was SOOOO SOOO awesome (hosted by Pinefeather)....we just had to plan one ourselves!!!! We can't get enough.............

do ya think we'll bring a better selection of music this time. Journey, Chicago, the Eagles, & Footloose sound track just weren't enough last time! We need some "Girls Just Wanna have fun" type stuff!
I still think you should bring along your daughter's Karoke machine...I don't have a singing voice...but I sure like to pretend...giggle giggle.
