Hi everyone,

If you had the choice of gettingmixed bouquet or roses in winter which set would you get and why? I need to make a choice for a monthly club I have just joined! Any help much appreciated!

Cheers

I love roses in winter, however it only makes roses. It's beautiful and I'm glad I have it. I really don't like the sayings that go with it though.
I don't have mixed bouquet, but it allows for more choices in flowers. Depends on what you want and personal style.

I had Roses in Winter, traded it in a weak moment. I regret it...

I absolutely LOVE mixed bouquet and the coordinating wheel!

I use it a lot.

I don't care much for Roses in Winter.

My vote would be for Mixed Bouquet. I got it when it was part of a mini, and I don't regret it a bit. I've found it to be quite versatile!

I think it depends on the look you prefer. Roses in winter are much more elegant than Mixed bouquet, so I guess it really is a matter of personal style or the project you intend to make. Good to question things, Nancy

I would go to both their galleries and look and decide from what you see. Personally I would get RIW because it is more elegant looking and fits ANY occasion. I love the sentiments included with it. I can't see Mixed Bouquet being able to say Happy Birthday, Happy Mother's Day, Get Well Soon, Happy Anniversary, and.....WITH SYMPATHY like RIW does.....just my opinion. They are both good sets!

You will probably be happy with either! : )

I am no help to you at all -- I bought both! I think they have much different looks - with Mixed Bouquet going on the funky side and RIW being more sentimental and sweet. JMHO.

I would get Mixed Bouquet one month and then Roses in Winter the following month (or vice versa). I know, I'm no help!

I have both sets and love both sets. Mixed Bouquet is just so fresh looking. Roses in Winter is truly beautiful and is just easy to use to create a beautiful card.

I would get Mixed Bouquet for the summer and late summer months....when things are bloomin and often you see casual bouquets of cut flowers from gardens.

I would get Roses in Winter, in Fall or Winter, as that is when you mostly see that more formal ype card, just goes with the feel of the season.

I think it is great you are thinking this through. I wishl I was more that way, I get impulsive, then trade away/or wish I had gone another direction.

I adore Mixed Boquet - I can stamp a whole sheet of it and use it on a bunch of cards (cut up, of course) - they can be for just about any occasion (except "boy" cards). Roses in Winter is just not my style, but it is a pretty set.

I have both and love both. I would go with Mixed Bouquet first and then RIW.

I have both and I love both! But if I could only pick ONE, I'd pick Roses in Winter! It has a classy, elegant beauty that fits most occasions. I think Mixed Bouquet is more whimsical and I'd get that one too, if I were you! I know, I'm not much help! But you asked! <g>

I love my Mixed Boquet. It is the stamp set that I use most frequently.

I am going to get RIW, as I want to stamp it on the walls and then use it for cards. I debated between that or Wild Rose but decided RIW had more options
