Default Most Popular Cardstock Color for Scrapbooking?

I'm having a scrapbooking get together (stamp camp kinda) next weekend for some friends and myself. I have offered to sell them some of my SU cardstock for their pages. Now, I don't have every color on hand so was thinking I would place an order for some more paper. What are your opinions on the best colors to have for scrapbooking pages (the main backgrounds) I do have the majority of 8 1/2 x 11 colors for matting pics----its mainly the 12 x 12's that I need to think about.

Any ideas welcome!

I seem to use a lot of Creamy Caramel and Garden Green. Night of Navy is always good, as is US White and Vanilla.

Default Paper

I hold scrapbooking workshops every month and it seems I always use alot of Bold Brights. They're great for kids pages.

Just my 2cents..........

I second Bold Brights. They are always so cheery and very versatile, can do boys and girls, even adults. Definitely my fave group!

Bold Brights are good for a nice selection of colors. Seems to go with everything. I use a lot of US White for stamping up my own background papers, and then trim and layer onto a coordinating color. Otherwise, I gear it toward the season...

Bold Brights = Summer
Earth Elements = Fall
Rich Regals = Winter
Soft Subtles = Spring

This works well for me - takes the guess work out of it, plus makes customers want ALL the colors of cardstock! Me too!

The two colors I seem to use the most for backgrounds is Creamy Caramel and Night of Navy. I think these are so neutral that they go with most every other color accent I use!

Of course I have a little boy, so my scrapbook is filled with blues! I need to start scrapping my daughter's pics so I can get some pinks in there!

Well, as mama of 2 girls, I guess my answers are going to stick out like a sore thumb!

I'd say my favorite scrapbook colors are:

Pink Passion, Lavendar Lace, Gable Green, Lovely Lilac, Perfect and Pale Plum, Barely Banana, and Ballet Blue

I use Garden Green the most, but that's because most of my pages are nature/outdoors theme.

It's hard to say what people might want. I guess it depends on the type of pictures they are scrapbooking. Seems like everybody is always working on something different.

I will also say Creamy Caramel. It highlights skin tones. I find that the subjects in my pictures don't always have matching clothes, so if I'm trying for that, the colors sometimes seem to clash with one another. Creamy Caramel is so neutral. I also agree with the natural green colors, because for outdoor pictures, that makes the people stand out as well.

Smiles,
Christy
