Question mounting acrylic stamps on acrylic??

I just bought a set of alphabet stamps at Walmart. It is a sheet and all the alphabet is on it. And I bought an acrylic block. My question is how do you get the stamps off the plastic sheet, and do you just put it on the block when you use the stamp?? Are they reusable?? It seems so, but I just want the info on these things, never used them before. The block is about 2 1/2 inches wide by 2 inches.

The stamps should peel off the contact sheet they are on (just use your fingers to peel it), then you place them on the acrylic block. I don't know about the sets sold at Walmart, but with CTMH acrylics there is a foam sheet that comes with the stamps, this goes under the project to help in getting a crisper image

yes they are reusable - just unpeel them from the block and place them back on the contact sheet.
