I read a thread in the RAK forum with a post from Lauren that was copied from the demo forum....they were able to go home for a day or two but have to go back for an extended stay (as planned); the hospital is holding any cards that come for Alexa until she comes back. HTH
Thanks for the info. Lauren said that computer time is very limited.
Continuing to pray for strength for them as they continue this treatment.
I didn't see this forum until after I purchased the set, so I didn't write a comment when I ordered. BUT, I saw someone's cute card made with the little girl and I checked out their website and read right above the set about Alexa's leukemia, and I wanted to not only get a super cute set, but help out the childrn's cancer research. So, count me in. Give Alexa a big hug from all of us here on SCS!!
Just got my set today and of course had to make a card with it right away! Super cute set!! I have 2 'princesses', so I'll get tons of use out of it.
I'll post my card to the gallery later on tonight. Now to address the envelope to Alexa. Glad to hear she is doing better! Hopefully her fever will come down and stay down!

Thank Tracy for bringing this to the top!
There will be an article featuring Alexa's stamp set in an upcoming issue of The Rubber Stamper!
Thanks to everyone who has supported this cause.
What a special gift for Alexa to have a stamp set designed just for her! They're very fun and adorable:-) Thanks also for spreading the word about Turtle Girl Designs...I've emailed them to get some more info. Sending positive vibes Alexa's way.
I first saw this stamp used on Prairie Paper & Ink's blog (great blog by the way) and fell in love with it. I quickly followed the link and bought it. I have
a 6 year old daughter also, and she took over my set!! We get together
with a group of ladies and their daughters from church once a week to make cards. The week I took my new Alexa set I got nothing done but helping all the girls stamp their princess cards!!
We have added Alexa to our prayer list. God Bless
