My gallery cards keep disappearing!?

I have a couple of cards that had been approved and were in my Members Gallery and then they disappeared. I reloaded them and saw them again and now I have noticed that they are no longer there. What could be going on? They were uploaded today along with some others that are there. I still have two that are pending approval but the Southwest Thank You card and the Soft Floral Thank You from the All I Have Seen Gallery are no longer in my gallery or the All I Have Seen gallery. The Soft Floral Thank You had responses to it. Am I doing something wrong when I am uploading them?

I had the same thing happen today with just one of my uploads from last night..........it's been back for most of the day, but it was gone for a good couple of hours mid morning. I wonder if it has something to do with the system upgrades :? ?

I reloaded them this morning, they were accepted and were showing up in the gallery and in my personal gallery. They are now gone again except for one of them. I am very confused and tired of reloading them so I guess I will just stop. They must not be meant to be seen. Out of the five that I reloaded only one of them is showing up and one was posted twice! I hope I am not doing something wrong but I am very confused and don't know what to do. It is not worth my time to post them again. Hopefully they will show back up again like your did.

The names that you've chosen for your file (that is, the name of the file on your computer) needs to be a bit more unique. We have had a LOT of duplicates since the server's being a bit wonky lately, and scan for duplicates pretty often. If the server picks up two files with the same name, . . . POOF! The most recent one is deleted.

Jenn, Thanks for your response. It sure solves the mystery for me. I should have read that thread before uploading, I suppose. It is hard to admit that I am not very unique! LOL! I will try again and will be alittle more creative with the titles! I never would have thought that was the reason for the deletion. Thanks again for your help!

Yes - Kim, basically it's the scan001 kinda file names that get purged. Just rename before you upload, and you'll be fine!
