I have been promising to do this...finally I got around to it:
My Stamp Room is 800 sq feet of pure heaven! My DH and I created the plan together it was so much fun! I have 100 sq feet of countertop (which my husband says was way to much! HA! HA!- They just dont understand!). And yes girls even with 100 sq feet...I still end up with around 2 inches of space to stamp on, once all the toys are out!
We used slat wall on the walls....absolutely positively love it! I can display and see all my stuff! The big pantry is used for my SU stamps, I have 8 drawers and 2 pull out file drawers for my paper.
I hope that answers most of your questions...if not let me know! And thanks for looking!
wow...!!! I was just over in the gallery and looked your room over. I can't even imagine 800 sq. ft. of space for me!! Do you know how lucky you are?! My dh shares my little room with me, his computer desk, and lots of books, files from 10 years of business, more books, then my small desk, tower, and closet, and oh- did I mention books??
Enjoy your fabulous space!! It is absolutely amazing!
Wow, you are very lucky!!!! My whole house is only 850 sq feet ... that's for me, hubby, son, 2 dogs and 1 cat, lol !!!!!! Enjoy your space! I am happy for you, I wish I had something other than the kitchen table to work at!!!!!
Wow, is right....Are you sure you are not confused and are really taking pictures of a store downtown? Just joshing....what a wonderful room, I am green with envy! Good thing you are a stamping maniac!!!
It's a fantabulous space! I, too, think it looks like a stamp store. Where in the world did you get your little display carousel, the card carousel display & the other "business" items. I know you can find slat wall at HD & Lowe's. Did you get the plastic shelves from them too? When we buy a house later this year, I'm getting a stamp room so I need purchasing sources for these goodies!

Card Rack and Magazine Rack-From a Hallmark store that was closing
Slatwall accessories at a local slatwall company- Just type in Slatwall on Yahoo or any other search engine and you will find it all. Wire racks and plastic shelves, etc. The carousel I got at the K&Co warehouse sale along with the plastic tierd shelve by the computer.
Just pay attention to closing stores in your area...they are a great resource for stamp room display stuff! These items would cost a fortune if they were purchased new.
your room is awesome i thought it was a stamp store.lots of cool things i see there..check out my window to sanity as i call it.I have it posted in my gallery and its still in progress, moving my hubby's stuff into a office of his own...
wow wow awesome room you are so lucky to have the space and a great hubby to support you with letting you have so much room to create thanks for sharing I really enjoyed it

Wow!!! I was so happy when DH said I could use the spare bedroom as my stamping room with futon in it of course ;) but this is amazing. I agree it looks like a store.
Congratulations on your space, happy stamping
Friends are like the walls of a house. Sometimes they hold you up, sometimes you lean on them. But sometimes, it's enough to know they're just standing by.
Wowsa! What a fabulous space!! Slat wall for home is a great idea.
While in NYC recently, I popped into the Cath Kidston store and they had a fun display area that they created with peg board and painted it fun colors. Both are fun options to consider.
Well, I showed my hubby what my room was going to kinda look like when I cleaned it up.... hahahahaha "You can make that much money selling STAMPS!!!" he said... when he told me about how much some of the stuff would cost, like the cabinets.... Then he said "I thought this was a "HOBBY"....hahahahahaha ok ok ok ok ok I'll get the magazines off the floor first, then think about mounting the unmounted stamps then.... maybe.... the unopened scrapbooks... and alllllll the photos I said I would.....but a girl can dream, can't she.... Thanks for the look see.....
