Need help to identify a stamp set

I picked this set up at a garage sale - thought it was Stampin' Up!, but I've scoured all the old catalogs I've got and I can't find it.

Anyone recognize it?

I've never seen any red on Stampin Up sets, even the older sets that I have seen have all been black. Don't recognize it, sorry. Great B Day set though.

also all the stampin up sets (stamps) do say stampin up and a copyright date on them. Good luck. Is there any manufacturer name on them at all? Try searching for a website.

the case looks like a D.O.T.S. set (DOTS is teh woodmounted version of CTMH)

Thanks for the info! I have an old DOTS catalog - 1999-2000 and I didn't see the set in there - the red labeling makes me think it could have been a promo - sort of like the Stampin' Up! version of a mini catalog.
