Need Help with Zip E Mate

I recently hit a link from this website which had instructions for using the Zip E mate with all the different products, It had very good pictures,

i forgot to bookmark it, and now I Can not find it back,

Any idea's

They are made by accucut, so I think you could get back to it by going to www.accucut.com.
