Cool need info

I have done several searches and haven't came up with anything so I am asking anyone to help here I am looking for how to do the encaustic technique and also am looking for techniques to use the oil pastels. any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Default encaustic technique

For info on this technique, try www.encaustic.com. They have a tutorial on encaustic stamping complete with photos. As far as the oil pastels go, I'm not familiar with how to use them. Maybe if you did a google search you'd come up with something useful. HTH

You can make cool background paper by coloring with the pastels - stripes, squiggles, abstract shapes - and then blending with a little baby oil on a cotton ball. Here's a link with a better explanation: http://www.orientalstampart.com/tech...s.html#craypas
