ok I want more colors..but I want them some of them to be more of the "bubblegum and soda pop" type colors like doodlebug designs papers. So a nice aqua would be great. A littler turquiose/teal. Some better greens and yellows too. Something between yoyo yellow and barely banana. (and could they make the barely banana pad printed in black though so you can freakin' read it!) A tea stained color would be great.
A nice set for twins/triplets
more pattern paper and sold in individual packs.. not just assortments
hermafix tabs back!!!!!!!! (I'm soooo begging for this to happen its unreal!)
would love to be able to sell my customers sheets like CM or have some products on hand for them to buy outright like papers and glues (too many of my people are last minute lucys)
More st. patty's day and holiday sets. I really miss so many of them.
A set that includes words like aunt, brother, in law, grandma, mom, dad, godmother/father, etc
photo storage boxes and such.... we need to really get on the organizing thing especially for our scrapbooking customers.
I liked most of the ideas everyone had though. I got alot of my wish list last year with the vanilla colored pads and 12x12 ssimply scrappin kits though.
OH MUST MUST MUST have back the wheel chart pages!!!! And the sets in black not that awful gray color that's hard to see.
ok I know I'm missing lots of things though...
kelly
- a set for tap and jazz dancing. There are lots of ballet things - and the Dance Sketches is primarily a 'ballet thing'. I've talked to lots of scrapbookers who are desperate for tap/jazz items. Like me!
- definitely the summary page of the wheels.
- please bring Hermafix back (or is that a problem because it's now part of EK)
I agree about the Mardi Gras stamps, but since that is rather regional, I doubt we will see them.
As someone else mentioned...I definitely would love to see a "drink" set. A martini glass, wine glass, champagne glass, tropical drink glass... oh the fun I would have...stamping of course!
I would like to see more masculine sets that are not vintage/collage looking.
I would also like to see an animal set where the animals don't have such high arched legs. They just don't look real to me.
Tag punches would be great!

I was just thinking about this today,
I would like for demos only- a set with,
welcome - for us to send to new neighbors and promote our business,
a baby thank you, for us to make for a new mom for her to use to send her thank you out, promoting our business,
In general, single purchase greetings in larger sizes.
Such as, In Sympathy, Merry Christmas, Welcome.
Also more Christian sentiment Christmas sets not cartoonish.
that's all for now, I know I'll think of more -
Margit
Does anyone actually read this far?? I love the thread though, so I am putting in my .02!
Want badly:
** Colored brads - in matte & shiny (I bet we get these...the new company/mfr that has bigger tops & longer stems is currently making soooo many beautiful colors of brads & textured/matte too!)
** ric-rac in colors - bolds, earth, regals, & subtles!
** whoever brought up a new color family, I agree - we NEED THESE:
1) BEAUTIFUL AQUA,
2) Pale Cloud blue- think mist color,
3) PERIWINKLE blue,
4) charcoal grey,
5) PEACH
6) KHAKI
7) Tomato red? RICH ROYAL PURPLE
9) Chartreuse
10) pale rose
11) faded hydrangea
12) gotta think of one more so it will be a complete 'family' LOL
A set for invites and then you buy the additional images for each occassion...i.e. for a shower, you buy the shower set that might have images for the invite and party favors, and other things that you might be associated with the bridal shower!
Vintage Valentine set - cute but old fashioned! I know there was another company that made BIG full size old fashioned stamps, but if we carried them, we could have several sm/med sized ones! Would be great for vintage & collage stamping!
I'd like a cute asian kids set - japanese, whatever -- something kind of like gifts from the orient, but more outline style
Bug alphabets - cute bugs for kids scrappin pages
More sayings. Don't care for, I love you more, My hero, etc.... though I love the concept...the choice was not that great imo.
I would like to see more "adult" stamps. I don't have kids so I don't have use for about half the sets in the catty. Though I think they're cute, just not useful for me. So here are my more "adult" ideas...
-A couple non-outdoorsy masculine sets (my DH, DB, and BIL do not golf, fish, or live anywhere near a bear)
-A sympathy greeting mixed in to a "varied" greetings set, like AYC1, 2, or 3. I don't want a whole set of sympathy greetings, just one mixed in here or there would be SO helpful
-New font and size options for the personalized stamps. My script stamp ALWAYS smudges when I stamp my return address on an envelope, but I don't like any of the other ones in the catty
-A Las Vegas set for scrapbooking! It's the #1 tourist destination, so why don't we have anything cool to commemorate?? And I got married in Vegas, the traditional bridal stamps don't fit with it, I need Vegas, baby!!
-A drink set. Specifically, a wine glass, martini glass, margarita glass, and something else...I don't know, a glass of lemonade? a rocks glass? whatever.
-A set with dice (like for bunco), cards, poker chips, maybe dominoes...some sort of games set
-Extra space on the stamp pad holder for white, vanilla, versamark, etc. They sort of fit on top but not really since that's where my refills are
an additional color family (with some oranges in it)
eyelets in all 48 colors available individully
Gingham ribbon in all 48 colors
better Christmas and Easter sets (not thrilled with any in current catty)
something similar to the retired Exotic Birds (several of us have parrots we need parrot stamps: macaws, African Greys, Cockatoos, etc)
new pet stamps (cats, dogs, etc)
wheel page (I miss that)
Canvas BG
School sets
A drink set

This is my first offial post and I love what you guys are suggesting. I am not a demo just a very good customer of one demo. I agree with all the things listed you guys have great ideas. I would love to see a baby or kids set that could also be used for twins or triplets and also for singletons. I have twin girls and find it next to impossible to find stamps with anything to do with twins in any way.
more stamps in the line of Seaside Sketches,
a stamp set with a beach sport theme- waterskiing, windsurfing, beach volleyball, swimming etc.
brads in the 48 colors
more alphabets
more verses for the inside of cards
a separately marketed paper piercer & template
more card ideas using more advanced techniques
And winniethepoodle's idea of envelopes in all 48 colors is a great idea
but, I would also like to see textweight paper available in all 48 colors - solid colors; I think it would be so helpful for card inserts, making envelopes and for some layering applications... just a nice weight for some of those uses.

Would love to see........
Craft Spots
Individual designer paper sets
Wheel Page Back
Organizational Tools
More Jumbo Wheels & Jumbo Color Carts
More School Sets
More Sports sets
The idea of more colors means I not only would have to buy more BUT I
would have to store more colors!!! How about revamping what we have?

Catalogue Wishes
Right now I agree with most of what has been posted, but last night as I was finishing a workshop I had a number of customers as for different versions of supplies, like:
Craft ink refills sold by color group (in 12s) like the Classic inks
ribbons sold in color groups -- a selection of grossgrain, etc. in shorter lengths.
A package of the silver, gold and copper cord together in shorter lengths.
Return of Stella Stamper
Return of Say it with Scriptures (for example SISII with new scriptures)
Stamp set for knitters and crafters
Stamp set featuring Labrador Retrievers (hugely popular breed where I live.
I could go on and on, so I think that I will stop there.
What a fun thread! I just emailed SU! a big Wish List of items earlier this week. I suggest everyone do the same. From the demo site, go to "Communications" and you can suggest just about anything.
What I would really like is a mid-year catty supplement. Wouldn't it be nice to get a 50-75 page catty at Sell-a-bration with some fun new things in it!?
I would like to see:
more sayings for the inside of cards, like a Versatile Verses 2
a better selection of masculine sets
more Christian sets
Everyday Flexible Phrases 2!
tag templates or punches or stamps
faux postage stamps and templates
box pattern stamps
48 colors of watercolor pencils!
more designer papers
48 colors of brads!
copper eyelets!
Would also like Petal Prints, Love is in the Air, Loads of Love, Yuletide Montage and Canvas to appear in the new IB&C. I can hardly wait until July!!!
I would like to see them add some colors to their inks and papers. I am dying for a soft baby yellow, a very pale pink and a pale blue. I cannot believe there is still not a good maroon color (not as brown as the burgandy). I also would like to see them add a very light aqua.
More colors of gingham ribbon would be good. I love Twinkling H20s.
Okay, I sent SU the link to this thread hoping that they would read about all of the exciting ideas we have. Of course, in reality, they have finished product development for the next catalog (it's amazing how ahead of schedule these things have to be), but our suggestions could make an impact in future years. I decided to innundate them with us and sent the suggestions to the Catalog, Stamp Sets, AND Products departments!
If they didn't know about us before, they sure do now!
Jewish stampers are always looking to add to their holiday collection, but the changes SU makes each year to their Juicaica sets have been so subtle that they are too similar to what I already have. I'd like to see SU give a real makeover to their Judaica sets. The holiday mini catty had a Judaica set, but it was too cute for regular use. A classy set with a more updated look would be great. Also, the fonts used for their Judaica sayings are really old and tiresome. A new look for those would be nice too! Maybe a pretty script or a real formal print.
What if they name the new color family 'Fruity Flavors' that would go great with some of the colors that Chillin asked for on the first page. (ie. ripe raspberry, wow watermelon, tangy tangerine, green apple!??!)
What do you think?!?!?[/b]

I want a set of neon/glow in the dark ink pads. I think that would be so fun! We dont have any super BRIGHT colors. I mean we have pink passion and tempting turquoise bt I want really bright. Matching papers would be nice, but I understand that it cant glow in the dark. But if the ink does, it doesnt need to

Hmmm what do I want..
More patriotic stamps (both for the US and Canada)
Another color family
Larger cardstock paper packs (I dont mind paying more, it's just easier to buy an assortment)
Lighter weight paper in our 48 colors. (Do all layers need to be card, what about a normal paper?)
More DD stamps.
:-)

Ok and Sunday International is now offering these really neat watercolor pens called "Art Klure" With ink in the barrel. Kinda like a water brush, but with in. I would love to see these in SU inks.

I already posted to this thread yesterday but I thought of a few more things I want.
Like someone else said, a good 4th of July set and a good Canada set.
There also isn't a Thanksgiving set I like this year. When I found out Turkey Talk and there was another one (can't remember the name now) were being retired I figure that SU would replace it with something better. But I don't think there's really a Thanksgiving set in there at all. In fact it seems like there wan't much holiday stuff at all.
I also agree that there should be more dog and cat sets.
I like to watercolor, and I don't feel like there's much in there I can do with that right now. Sets like Snow Angels and Happy Fall Y'all are the type of sets I like to use for this.
And is there a school set in there at all? Fortunately I have quite a few stickers having to do with school so I've been able to make those pages but they need a school set.
I would also like to see (but this probably isn't very realistic) more travel sets having to do with specific parts of the country, like Florida, California, and like someone else mentioned, Las Vegas.
I would also like to see (but this probably isn't very realistic) more travel sets having to do with specific parts of the country, like Florida, California, and like someone else mentioned, Las Vegas.
That's a great idea for a mini catty. It could be a one time shot and they could call it Destinations. Jolee's has all of this neat stuff but who wants to pay $5.75 for a package of 4 or 5 embellishments.
Hawaii, New Orleans, Florida/California(together,both sunny),Las Vegas/Atlantic City(gambling), D.C, New York, I could go on forever!!! I think that would be a great addition to our SU family!!
I hope SU reads all of these. I know it's probably too late for this years catty but maybe they will consider some of this for upcoming minis and maybe 06-07 catty!!
I agree with most of what was stated earlier, especially watercolor pencils in our 48 (hopefully 60!!) colors, and journalers in all the colors also. I only use craft ink in my scrapbooks, so I won't use our markers because they are not permanent.
And I TOTALLY love the Las Vegas theme idea. I have lots of Vegas pictures that I'm dying to put in my scrapbook, but nothing to go with them!!
I would like to see Idea Books come back. Not as expensive as the last two hardcover books that were offered though. The series before that was reasonably priced. Or a monthly "magazine" subscription that customers could buy. CM just recently started this kind of thing. Crafters seem to buy lots of "how-to" books and magazines, so I think this would be a big seller. The more samples and ideas customers see the more stamps and supplies they want to buy!
Might I add more PET STAMPS. I am a dog/cat person and so are many of my customers. The sets we have now are not that great and I wouldn't mind seeing them replaced with something new.
I love the old pet sets. Bow Wow & Meow Meow. They were so cute!! The new ones just don't do anything for me :(
I must agree!! Absolutely do not like the current pet sets. But I use Meow Meow often. My sil would love to see a decent dog set - something more akin to Bow Wow.
Also, I'd really like to see more phrases for the insides of cards!!!
Gee, now if only we could get someone to actually pay attention to our ideas!!
Okay, I sent SU the link to this thread hoping that they would read about all of the exciting ideas we have.
I did the same thing! Here is their reply:

I would love to see more chalk inks, watercolor pencils that match all of our 48 colors, more patterned papers and most importantly, the ability (for demonstrators at least) to buy sets of one particular color, item or pattern without having to buy the whole assortment.
I haven't read through all 8 pages so this may already have been suggested, but I would like it if cardstock was offered in a "make your own package" set, where customers could choose their colors in groups of 4 or 6 sheets. So, for 8x11 size, I could get 6 different colors, six sheets each; or 3 different colors, 12 sheets each; or 12 sheets of once color and 6 sheets of four other colors, etc. for 12x12, it could be in groups of 4 sheets. It's probably too difficult for orders to be filled that way, buy since we're dreaming...
I'd like to see a good soccer set!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Soccer is sooooooo big - all 3 of my kids have played since kindergarten and my daughter continued to play in college!!! Do you think I have TONS of soccer pix to scrap!!!!!
I REFUSE to pay the price of "Good Sports" or "Sporting Goods" when I will use only one or two of the stamps!!
I totally agree, my daughter has been in soccer for years, and all the sport stamps have basketball or baseball in them.
I work outside my home and would like to see some stamps that are "work oriented" such as computer, telephone, retirement. There have been times that I have needed cards for co-workers that would encourage and uplift in their specific job.
There are many fabulous suggestions here. I really have only one desire: The option of buying some of the sets in acrylic. At least the alphabets. And I don't want to see them go CTMH and just make HUGE alphabet sets that end up costing nearly as much as a rubber one, but more like Stampendous or Sentimentally Yours where the alphabets are $15. Acrylic is a bit finiky, but way more affordable and way easier to store. I live in a small house on a tight budget. I want to buy more stamps that I can store in much less space.
Oh, and I also endorse the craft spots and the 48 colors of journalers.
-eyelet colors individually
-ANOTHER COLOR FAMILY!!
-grosgrain ribbon in the 48 colors
-being able to purchase the piercing template from the Crafter's tool kit on its own
-watercolor pencils in the 48 colors
-craft pads in 1 inch spots
I can't really think of anything that hasn't already been said, but I will add this... the ability to buy unmounted stamps - period. They don't even have to be acrylic. If we could get unmounted and EZMount, I would be happy. Some of us have serious storage issues, and the ability to use these would be great!! I am in the process of converting my retired sets, but I haven't made the jump to my current sets like that yet since I feel I need to demonstrate with them the way you get them from the company...
My other BIG wishes:
48 color eyelets to be bought individually
More background papers - and the ability to buy individually from the groups of papers that we already have.
Military/patriotic sets - a set for each individual branch of the military would be great.
A police set - we have the fire one already.
More colors! I agree about needing a peach, but don't get rid of Cameo Coral!!!
I am new to SCS, but I would absolutely LOVE to see more colors. Especially a peach. Eyelets in all 48 colors and maybe some different shapes would be great too!
I would like to see a set with a mother nursing her child. I never give anything with bottles on it and I don't like the saying with Maternal Instincts.
