thanks for the great tip, Amy! I had a customer at my WS last night bumming that the In Colors aren't available in markers--wait till I tell her what I learned from someone WAY smarter than me! =)

GREAT information!!!
I love that you show it with pictures. I never really thought I was a visual learner but I guess I am. I was so intimidated with the spritzer, I wasn't planning on ever buying it. Now I might! ;-)
You are really doing a great job wiht your blog, Amy! :-)

Can I just ask why SU! didn't just come out with markers in the In Color colors?
B/c they're limited edition and are only for the 06/07 catty year - thus the reason why they are only in Classic Pads, re-inkers (and only after we begged for those!) and CS (and soon ribbon!). Since you can use the blender pens and whatnot w/ them you don't really *need* markers - tho I'd buy 'em if they did have them!
I would, too. And I'm guessing lots of other folks would, too, which is why it seemed like a good idea to me. (But, hey, who am I?) Regardless, thanks for posting all that wonderful info 'cuz I had no idea how to go about doing that.
Very cool!!!!!!! I think I will have to get another set of 3 blender pens just for the in-colors...........then I don't have to waste any color, each color can have it's own tip.........Thanks for the visual too, I got the spritzer and haven't used it yet, but I'll get right on that tonight.

The begging worked for the reinkers so please start begging for the markers, too!:-D ! I needed a cranberry crisp marker about a dozen times on Sunday at our Christmas in July party!

Cool, Amy! Thanks for your great blog! You've inspired me to dye many of my cheap white ribbons in the In Color colors (which I LOVE by the way) and now the great ideas about the spritzer and markers... THANKS!
Amy, I'm learning so much from your blog! I appreciate all the effort you're putting into it for us! Up til now, I hadn't felt the need to buy all the markers or matching ribbons (or should I say haven't had the extra funds for these extras!) but thanks to you, I can have a GREAT substitute! Gonna dye some ribbon and try out the Faux Marker trick tonite! Thanks Amy, you rock!

Thanks for the idea. I would like SU! to offer markers though. If many of us email them, maybe they will offer them in a mini? Email them at: [email protected]I feel the more of us who bug them about it, the more they see the need for them. I would rather have markers instead of making my own. I am going to try out your idea though until SU! sees the light! Thanks for the suggestion and don't forget to bug SU! to offer markers!!! Thanks everyone!--Jeannie

AWESOME Blog!! I love all your work!! You totally just inspired me! I'm gonna go stamp right now, but I wanted to thank you first for all the great tips!!
Keep up the awesome work and keep sharing all your BEAUTIFUL ideas!!
Well I TRIED to comment on your blog to tell you how fantastically useful it is, but it didn't seem to work. So I'll do it here: your tutorials are fantastic! I, too, am a visual person, so I found the pictures REALLY useful! Thanks!
Email SU! for In Color Markers--Here is the address
Yeah, see-----I think there is still hope---if we all keep bugging SU! about making markers available in their In Color line, they just might make them available to us. See what they did with the re-inkers? I still have hope they will do the same for the markers :p !! Email SU! at [email protected] maybe we will get what we really want if we keep on asking for them. Thanks!--Jeannie

I am not a demo but as a customer, I purchased all the new color paper, ink and reinkers and just played with it all this weekend. I WOULD LOVE THE MARKERS too. So I hope my voice will matter too!
