I was wondering if I sign up in November, when is the end of the quarter I would have to have my $300 in by? March? Is it the first complete quarter?

Yep, you have till March if you sign in November! I know it gets a bit confusing since the fiscal quarters don't line up with the mini catalog sales quarters.
