While looking through my Sunday paper this morning, I was surprised to see a Michael's coupon since they gave us one last week. Besides the usual 40% off one regular priced item, there were two more coupons! One for 50% off one regular priced item on Friday, 3/25 from 8am-1pm only. The other is for 30% off your ENTIRE regular priced purchase on Saturday, 3/26 from 6pm-9pm only! Not sure if I can get there then since that's when the Easter Bunny comes!
We always get part of the Sunday paper and sales inserts in Friday night...also there is a Michael's ad in our local county paper which comes out on Saturday and there was an ad for 50% off to use either Friday or Saturday.
Thanks!! I sometimes don't get a chance to check the ads until further into the week. I'm running to our paper right now, since I know we got our "Sunday" ads, last night, too.

When news like these coupons is are posted, I have my DH pick up two Sunday papers and he comes along with me to Michaels. I just give him his coupon and the item he's buying. I can't tell you how excited he is about it! Really he's a great guy and he really doesn't mind too much. Now I just need to figure out how to get out of work for awhile on the 25th to use that 1/2 off coupon. I do appreciate it when you post this info!
Well now I don't feel bad for making my 7 year old DD go through the line before me with a coupon and then I went through with ANOTHER coupon!!!!! Yes that week I really needed a few things and I bought TWO sunday papers to get them LOL The cashier just smiled......
Thanks for the heads up. By the time I get out of church the Sunday paper is double bundled so it's like getting 2 for one. That means double the Michael's coupons! Whoooooo hoo!!!!

Can anyone tell me if that discount includes Crop In Style products? I really need that XXL tote and JoAnn's doesn't include CIS products in their coupons . . . I would have to drive a considerable distance to get the coupon and discount, but it would be worth it if they are included.

Yes! I got my CIS P3 with a 50% coupon at Michael's. I really wanted the XXL but my Michael's doesn't have them.

Woohoo! I ordered Domino's for DD and I for dinner (hubby and our other DD are camping) and Domino's delivered a Sunday paper full of ads and coupons with our pizza! I gave the delivery boy a $6 tip I was so happy!!!
I DEFINITELY get the paper just for the ads! I have been known to call the newspaper and complain if I don't get my Target ad! (Hey - you can't pick those up at the store!) I just go through Sunday morning, pull out all the ads I like, then pitch the rest of the paper. Otherwise, no one looks at it and it ends up piling up somewhere!

That is what keeps me going back to Michaels! That stupid coupon makes me buy so many things that I don't need!!!! I will literally walk around for an hour b/c I CANNOT just let a 40% coupon go!
OK, I've gone through my Sunday Sun three times and can't find a Michael's coupon -- do you remember where you found it? (I'm up the road in Westminster, BTW, so I'm assuming you meant the Sun and not the Post!)

I have 4 guys at work bring me in their coupons, and get my mom's coupons, so I always have extra. I guess I'm going to have to take some people along with me to use up the coupons. They all know me really good at the store, so can't go in twice. Whooo Hooo with coupons!
Thanks for the heads up! It is Monday and I am just seeing this and I did not get a paper. But I just called a friend who doesn't shop at Michaels and asked her to pull out the coupon for me. I am going to pick it up this afternoon. If you guys hadn't mentioned this, her paper would have been in today's trash but now she is saving it for me.
mscelica, yes it was in the Sun. There was an individual Michael's ad in with all of the other ads.
The one I am looking forward to using is the 30% off the entire purchase. That way, I can get lots of little things such as ribbon and individual pieces of patterned paper and get 30% off on all of it!
