Ordering from LuminArte

Has anyone ordered from LuminArte before? Since they are the manufactors of Twinkling H20's I decided to order directly from them instead of a secondary store. They provided me with a UPS tracking number that is not valid. I called back and they state the tracking number is valid. Could this be a UPS problem? Should I just wait until after the delivery date and see a package shows up?

How long has it been since the order was hsipped? Sometimes it takes UPS sometime to get it in their system, which I believe is only updated once a day. Hope that helps.
