I am not happy with the way my SU paper looks with the crimper I currently use. It is the green corru-gator, I squeeze as tight as possible. Is the SU paper too heavy or do I need differnt crimper? It is fairly new so needless to say, I am frustrated!
I have the Fiskers crimper and I love it! I haven't found any trouble with any thickness of paper. I would highly recoment it! I bought it at Michaels with the 40% off coupon...Just a thought!
I also have a Fiskers crimper, and I have never had a problem with it! I actually have to smooth my paper out alittle so it will stick to my base page! (or it doesn't have enough surface area to get tape on!)

Speaking of crimping, how do you keep the paper feeding straight? I have tried lining the paper to either side, and down the middle. It usually starts out straight, but by the end it is crooked.
I try to feed it with the edge against a groove thinking it would keep it straight, but so far no luck.
I line up my cardstock in the crimper as straight as I can, and then I turn the knob as fast as I can, without stopping. I think the faster you turn it, the quicker it straightens itself out. If you turn it notch by notch, it doesn't have a chance to allign. That's just how it seems to me - it might be my imagination, but I've noticed if I turn it too slow, it always ends up crooked.
