Nope - I haven't received my June/July issue yet. I will not be renewing my subscription as it is always in the stores here at least a week - sometimes 10 days before I get it. My copy is always abused too - gotta love the postal service.

June/July issue is already at Michael here in Michigan!! I still haven't gotten mine from my subscription yet. I'm not renewing mine either!!
I haven't gotten an issue since Jan/Feb. I called them yesterday and asked what the heck was up. I subbed in Nov and again in Jan. (must have been a deal) She couldn't understand why I haven't received it. And most likely won't get the missing ones, she went ahead and credited me 3 months. And should get the current one by the 25th of May. If not Iam to call them back.

I love the price of the subscription, but hate the fact that it's in the stores early! One of the perks as a subscriber is that we should get ours first (or so I would think!!!!). Maybe we should all write their customer service department!;)
I haven't received my April/May copy and when I contacted them via email... they never responded. Also, I had made a change of address (which they had actually been sending copies to) and they offered me a subscription extension at a reduced rate which would pick up when my other ran out. "Sure!", I thought, "Good deal!" I filled out the card and sent it back in. They never mailed me another copy and have been asking for payment to resume my subscription. :( I'm bummed. Hope things get fixed.
I never received my May/June and I have emailed them twice. Both times they responeded that is was on it's way - wait 2-3 weeks. It was 3 weeks last week. Still no issue. Needless to say, I am not very happy with the service.
I won't be renewing my subscription either. I never get mine on time and they sold my name and mailing address out so now I get a bunch of junk mail. I know it was them because it is all craft related junk mail. I woudn't mind but it's all really ugly and horrible stuff. Anyone else have that problem with them?
