I'm having a problem with blogger (I think). I can't see my banner. Also, some of my pics don't show up. However, other people say they CAN see everything. Weird. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Which browser are you using? Blogger works best with Mozilla Firefox, which is a free download...I use Firefox myself because it is ten times faster than the lame browser that AT&T/Yahoo provides!
I had a lot of problems with Blogger until I changed to Firefox...you might want to try it. To download for free:
Yes, I do use Firefox. I also went ahead and erased all my cookies and emptied my cache (whatever that means). I had read somewhere online that it might help, but it hasn't. It still says "Insert Blog Title" where the banner should be. Aaarrrgh! I'm hoping someone knows what I can do to solve it. My SIL says she sees everything "normal" so I guess I can be thankful for that!

I tried your blog in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. Looks great. I would guess that it is a security setting on your browser that isn't allowing you to access that picture because it is pointing to another website (photobucket.com). Looks like all the other photos on your blog are pointing to blogger's image site. I would try adjusting your security settings. In Firefox go to Tools, Options, then Content and click the 2nd Exceptions button (next to the Load images automatically). Then paste in the URL for your photobucket and click allow). There might be some other settings you could change but I'm not super familiar with how Firefox works.
Also, you want to make sure you're not viewing cached images (cache means the computer stores the images it downloads and shows the stored image instead of re-downloading it every time you visit the page. Then when the image changes, it still shows the old image until you clear the cache)
I have found that sometimes these kinds of problems can be easily remedied by just clearing out your cache (temporary Internet files). Since I go to so many different site, blogs, and windows, it doesn't take anytime at all to "fill up" the space, which tends to make things work a little wonky.
