Default Question is it lame?

OK, I got a swap in today and looking at it I noticed that one card was the smae card that I recieved last week from another swap. When I went to check it was the same! Would you ever make the same card for 2 differant swaps? I think it is sort of lame b/c you never know who is is the same swap....right?? Am I getting bent out of shape for nothing?

NO, I would never make the same card for two swaps just because of what happened to you. I would be afraid of the same person receiving two of mine..one is enough!! Ha

personally I don't think so. I know it is much easier to work in assembly line fashion so that may have been what happened.

If I have several swaps due near each other, I usually make the same card for all of them. I figured that the odds of the same people being in more than one of the same swap were pretty low.

Of course, if I knew that people were overlapped, I might make an exception... :-)

When I join multiple swaps, they're usually very different themes, so the same card wouldn't work. But, I don't think it's lame to use the same card. I would probably check to see who's joined each swap, so I didn't duplicate however. If the swaps were hosted by different stampers, then the likelihood of an overlap seems pretty slim.

Is it a nice card? Now you have one to keep and one to send out to someone, just my thought.
