Default Question on Stamping Wheel

I did something I regret doing. A friend was in a pinch for a craft at mops. I loaned her some of my stamps.

Now that I have them back there is glitter in my ink pads and on my rubber. My question pertains to my stamping wheel. I use my wheel 'swirling style' alot and when I got it back I tried it out again. I put the real red ink cartrige in it and rolled away. But now it doesn't do right. Its like one part fades out. I don't know if part of the wheel doesn't get good contact or if she stepped on it or what.

Does anyone have a clue here? I have never had that happen?

Could it be that your cartridge needs to be reinked? Hope that's all it is!
