Default Question for TAC demos

Do any of you know if there is a file that contains all the recipes in the latest catalog? It is sometimes frustrating to see a card sample and have to search the entire catalog looking for the stamp that was used on it. Thanks for any info.

I also would love to have this information. There are so many cards I like but it gets frustrating to have to hunt the catalog for the stamp set then try to figure out what pack the paper came from and I'd never figure out what ink was used.

Help!

Default card recipes

I have seen this question asked on webeangels, but never have seen an answer yet. I'm a fairly new TAC demo, and I just had to know what sets were used in all the samples, so I spent hours going through the new catalog, finding and marking all the card recipes (stamps used, not accessories or papers). I put page numbers by each sample of where the sets used were located, and by the sets I put the page numbers where samples using that set were. I found that many of our sets don't have any samples at all in the catalog, and several sets have way more than one. I found two samples using retired stamps, and 2 or 3 that I could not find the set in the catalog at all... But, I also learned my catalog backwards and forwards, and came to appreciate many sets that initially I didn't care for. So even if there is a place to get the recipes, it benefitted me personally to have to pore over my catalog to work it all out on my own. I hope they will include the recipes SOMEWHERE, even if on the website, in the future, though--it just makes so much sense to have it for the customers who ask "what's this set?" as they browse the catalog. You don't want to look dumb and have to scramble through the catalog for them right there.

Good luck on your search!

Lauri,
I started to make my own list like you. I will work on it a little bit at a time and put it into a Word document. I will certainly know the catalog forward and backward by then. I know what you mean about some stamps never being used and others used several times. That little dress (can't think of the name of the set right now) is everywhere!!

Hi Ladies!

I was asking about this on webe just a few weeks ago, I did have another Angel let me know she had done a majority of the catty, but not the last few sample pages (I hope I remember this correctly) If your a member of webe you can do a search on my name there and find the thread, or just repost the question.

I too had realized that not ALL the sets were represented and after thinking about it decided I didn't need the file so bad after all! lol! Since most of my business is on the internet, I can refer to other sources for card & sb page samples. Whew!
Hope this helps,
Kim

Is webe for TAC demos only? I am not a TAC demo (I am actually a new SU! demo) but do like the catalog and plan to place an order from my TAC demo but she does not know of a recipe list yet.

Smile TAC

TAC catalog does NOT have recipe for cards, We all make our own Creative artwork.

I know Kimeboss ask this question last week on WebeAngels.
And I told her the same thing.

I know it is hard to look at the cards in the catalog and not know *how* they were made.

However we do have a place that you can go and look at the cards made with current and retired stamps

http://rubberroadadventures.com
You will have to scroll down on this page to find the TAC Gallery..
There are 2 galleries....1 current and 1 retired.

There are no recipes for this cards but you can still look at them to see what the set's look like on a card.

I myself have an picturetrail album It is listed below, I only have 3 albums filled with TAC stamped artwork.
I will be updating these albums in the weeks to come.

There is another group that is just TAC art.
It's a Yahoo group open to Demo's and NON Demo's

It's called TAC_art_scans
Now in order to see everyone artwork one must get daily emails. Otherwise you will not be able to see what we have done.

Anyone needing more infomation Please contact or PM me

Have a GREAT week!
