OK. I just found some of this to use on my SU stamps that I put the stickers on and now don't cling to the block. I brushed some onto the sticker part of the stamp, and I am waiting to let it dry. Now, it's been about 5 minutes. Do I then use the stamp and then clean off each time? It says to use rubbing alcohol to clean or do I just put back into the cd case that way?
I hope I make sense. I know this has been asked before but couldn't find it.

No you don't wipe off, you let dry. I would give it a day to dry. It gets sticky and you can peel it off and put it back on again and again. Sometimes you can thin it down with water if it is too thick.
I know some people say if you spread it thin it doesn't take long to dry, but I've always left mine overnight as per the instructions on the bottle. The rubbing alcohol may be to clean it if it gets somewhere you don't want, but the whole idea is that once you've applied it to your stamp it's there forever. Well, I don't know how long it lasts, but you know what I mean . Some people, and maybe the packaging, suggest sticking it once to the back of your hand or something to reduce the tack slightly before using it on your block.
Thank you both! So, I guess I just paint this stuff on the sticker, let it dry and put them back in the cd case for future use? Then, eventually I will have to do it again when it wears off? If I want to use the set right away, it kind of puts you in a jam though. Do you just paint this tacky stuff on when you have down time? It seems like they also adher to the back of the cd case better instead of falling around everywhere in the case.
I now don't put the stickers on and I keep the rubber to put the stamps back in to keep them from falling around inside the case.
Live and learn! Thanks again and Splitcoast is the greatest!

I would definately water down the stuff. Mine were so thick it was hard to peel them off the CD cases. I haven't had any wear off yet, but I haven't used them hard either. Do them ahead of time so they will be ready when you need them. I quit using the Aileen's TIOO and use the ezmount cling foam sheets from SU now, but I'm not unmounting any more. I only have 52 sets in the clamshells. The rest are in the clear mount...
Use just the smallest amount of the Aileen's!!! The coat should be so thin you can read through it! It should dry in 10-5 minutes and if you use your stamps correctly, it will be on there forever!
I did all of my stamps over 5 years ago and I have never had to re-do or fix any!

I use Tombow and I liked it better than TIO&O. I think it is cheaper and I use Tombow on all of my cards so it is more versatile. I put a small amount in the middle of the stamp and spread it around with my finger. Let it dry overnight and I have not had to do it again. Sometimes some will be a little too sticky and I just press them to my jeans a little to take away some of the tackiness.

I also prefer the Tombow - it's easier to find it, and it's easier to get off your finger once you've spread it around.
Whichever you decide to use, definitely stick the stamps to your jeans or the back of your hand (or I use the inside of my forearm) to help destickify them a little. That will help with them wanting to become a permanent part of their storage.
Also, if you do need to clean the back of your stamp because its picked up dirt or lint (or in my house cat and/or dog hair) just run some warm water over it and let it air dry. It will refresh to glue and will be just like when you first applied it. You'll have to stick it to your shirt or pants to take down some of the tackiness, but then its good to go again.
