re: washable crayons don't work

I used a washable white crayon today to doing crayon resist and guess what? Yup, didn't work, it just inked right on it and couldn't tell i had even colored. So just wanted to throw that out there.

I will have to remember that because I have been wanting to do some crayon resist cards. I think most of the crayons in our house are washable.

Oh my goodness! Thank you for posting that-the same thing happened to me and I couldn't figure out what was wrong-sure enough, it is a was a washable crayon-soooooo good to know!!

Also worth noting:
If you toddler puts a washable crayon in her mouth, it'll melt all over her face and clothes.

I hate the washable crayone.
