Relay for Life-Paint Cans

I am walking in the Relay for Life in July and was thinking of decorating paint cans and filling them with goodies to raise donation money or put on the silent auction. My question is...What would you suggest to fill these paint cans with? This is my first time walking and raising donations, any ideas would be very helpful. Thanks, Kathy

You can make them themed buckets.....
Movie bucket with candy, Blockbuster gift card, popcorn
Pamper bucket with Bath & Body Works goodies, GC to local spa
Men's bucket with small tools and Home Depot GC.
GirlsTeenager bucket with disposable camera, small journal, beaded pen, nail polish, lip gloss, candy, etc.
Martini bucket with mini shaker, flavored rim sugar, glass identification tags, martini recipes or recipe book

First, I think the suggestions karriecook made are awesome. You could also do some sort of beverage mix in them. Maybe a scrapping/stamping bucket with lots of little things in there.

Second, I see you're from WI and doing Relay in July. Where? I'm doing the one at Fort Atkinson, WI, on July 22-23. Actually I'm on the committee too and in charge of luminaria.

I am in Goodland KS....our theme this year is survivor.....so any suggestions would be welcomed for me too!!!!!

Our theme is "Stayin' Alive in '05." Definitely not my first choice, but my idea didn't even make the cut.
