Default Ribbon Holder

I was on a site and saw a ribbon holder that she made from a
clear steralite holder with a blue lid.
There were no dowles used. It was so neat. I have been looking for something like this and haven't been able to find it.
I thought I saved it in my favorites but when I went there it wasn't there.
I really would love to have the site I saw it on. It was made by someone
that started with a Q.
Could some one private message me to [email protected]
if you know what I am talking about. Thanks so much

I just ordered ribbon holders from stampnstore.com. I have not received them yet so I don't know anything other than what I saw on the website. I needed something that could be wall mounted, hold ALL of my ribbons, and NOT have a dowel system! This worked!
