Hi there! Next week I am going to Hershey, PA with my family on vacation. Can anyone recommend some really good rubber stamp stores to stop at during my visit to Hershey, PA and Lancaster County, PA. I've tried searching the web, but there are so many stores to choose from. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks so much!!! Angela
There is a scrapbook store at the outlets in Hershey, but they had very little stamps the last time I was there. http://www.hersheyscrapbook.com/
There are many rubber stamp stores in Lancaster County that are owned by Mennonite and Amish woman that you won't find on the internet. Here is a thread all about them. Most of them are out in the country and are in homes. Post #323 has a pdf file with the info about them. L&L is my favorite on the list since she has great prices and is so close to me. She carries nesties, cb folders, prima flowers, rhinestones/pearls, copics, copic refills, envies, dp, stamps, etc. Forums at Splitcoaststampers
Stamp-Ede in York County is the best! Besides carrying tons of stamps they have every else you could want... they even carry Nestabililities! I was out there this weekend and as usual I spent too much but left with a smile on my face.
I second the votes for L & L and Stamp-ede. If you are primarily looking for rubber stamps, you NEED to hit Stamp-ede. Don't let the location scare you, it is very easy to find and to get to off of 83; and not really that far from Hershey. Have fun!
Thank you so much!!! I will get directions and give those places a try. Hopefully I can drag my family away from the "chocolate and rides" so mom can have some fun too! Angela

I second the scrapbook store in the Hershey outlets! I went there in June and I loved it! I got only scrapbooking stuff but they did have stamps too. If you are a scrapper, they actually had a nice variety of Hershey, Amish and PA paper! It's worth a stop. Send the family to the other store in the outlet mall for a few minutes of shopping in peace!! LOL!

I went there too! The store is 98% stamps and it was quite overwhelming, especially for my DH! There were so many stamps in there! I recommend stopping here too if you can!!!
This is also another scrapbook/stamping store just down the road from the Hershey Outlet store in Hummelstown. It is called Fancy That and besides being a wonderful store, the people who work there are awesome and so helpful. They are now carrying some Stamping Bella stamps as well as limited numbers of Hero Arts and other clear stamps and some Unity. I would highly recommend stopping!
I have to agree that L & L is FABULOUS! Lorene is awesome and her family is just so sweet. This is the only store I can take my kids to where they aren't always asking when are we leaving!!! They play happily with Lorene's little girl. The little girl, I believe speaks Dutch so there is the language barrier, but I guess laughter is the same in all languages! They never want to leave! So if you haven't yet, you have to give her a try! She is also great about ordering things for you if she is out of them!
She is about an hour and 25 minutes from me, but so worth the drive! In fact, I am going this coming week!
