This is an online company that pays you back a percentage of what you spend at online stores. There are tons of stores, Viking.com and Joann.com are just two. Some of the percentages back are as high as 25%. You can have them mail you a check every three months or you can have them add it to your PayPal account. (I have them mail me a check).
