Default Scor-Pal what do you buy ?

I looked at their site and am confused as to what I really need to buy. Did you buy the whole deal or just the board ? Please explain.

I just have the basic board, it comes with the bone folder thingy. I kinda would like the scor-mat to put on top of the board so you can use that space, but the way I have my room set up I don't really need it.
You won't regret the scorpal. I use it on every single card I make. I am never frustrated about goofing up my scoring; it does a great job. My only regret is not buying one sooner.

You really just need the Scor-Pal...although some of the accessories are pretty cool too. Scor-Pal has a whole forum here at SCS - tons of info there you might find helpful.

I love my Scor-Pal too and don't have anything else associated with it. As someone else mentioned, it makes no sense in my situation to use the pad. I think if you have a larger work surface and can leave it set up, that it's a cool idea.

I store my S-P upright between two paper holders and slide it out for every score I make. It's great!! I went with it when I switched from my Fiskars cutter which had a scoring blade to swap in and out and went to the Tonic guillotine cutter (got it from SU). Thrilled with both purchases!! That track cutting system was the pits. The track would give and the cuts and scores were often ruined, blades got dull.... ugh. Can't believe I used it for as long as I did!!

Still haven't tried the new scoring tool for Scor-Pal though and wonder if anyone has tried the new little paper piercing tool. Guess I should check out their forum eh?!

Hi there!
I just wanted to chime in on your question to say that I've been on the fence for quite a while about a scor-pal. But I happened to see the "free-shipping" offer if you order this month (from Scor-Pal's site) so I decided to go ahead and purchase one.

I ordered it on Friday (April 10) and I recieved it yesterday (April 13) - WOW-WOW-WOW!!!

I should have gotten one sooner - don't know why I was hesitating.
Since the shipping was free, I also decided to purchase some scor-tape as well. Now I can get to work putting together some of those fun templates I see, or adding some glitter embellishments or even some micro beads.

Bottom line is get the scor-pal! You will love it!

I have the Scor-Pal and the mat. I have ordered several rolls of the tape and it is wonderful. Better than the messy adhesive and it sure sticks too. I even use it for scrapbooking now as well and soon have to order more and I will get that new tool they have to make the dots.

The glitter cloth is great if you use the sprinkly stuff on your cards and such.

I have had my scor-pal since October and I don't know how I did without it until then.
