It was pretty cool.
There were "sponsor booths" you could go to, most had "make & take" directions and some type of contest to enter. Some had tutorials to download (.pdf files).
I took 3 classes. One, "Reminder Rolodex" was a traditional type of project. The other 2 were for digiscrapping.
The classes were slide shows with the teacher talking thru the project step by step. You also got a downloadable file (.pdf files) with all the info about the class. These had minimal visuals.
Being a very visual person, I took screen shots of virtually every slide of the actual class, so I could go back to look at them, should I get stuck on a step in the instructions.
Also, you could take the class as many times as you wanted, whenever you wanted.
There's going to be another Sprap-a-Faire in the fall. I'll have to be sure I don't repeat any classes, if I sign up.
They weren't very clear about the times. I'm on the west coast and I thought the 5pm ending time was my time; turns out it was central time.
Overall, a good experience.
