Hello Everyone! I just wanted to tell you about a great experience I had with this company.

I placed my first order with them in April and today discovered that one of the stamps in a set I purchased had a defect right down the middle of it. All the other stamps in the set were perfect except this one. I emailed their customer support and within an hour had two replies. They told me to keep the set I had and that they were sending me another set.

I will definitely shop with them again and am spreading the word that they offer great products at good prices and you can't beat the customer service!

It is great to hear about good service. I have been shopping with them for years and have only great things to say about their service and products. I really appreciate their "notify me" option for things that are not in stock so can order when everything on my list is available.

I too have been ordering with them for years. They have a wide selection of things but their sales make me a little nuts. Going through all those options and most of them are only 10% anyway. But I get my cling and laminated pages there and then might pop a couple more things into my cart LOL. I do like their own C/S that is sports oriented. They have a lot of them no one else does like gymnastics or lacrosse. All 12 x 12 but some of the patterns are small enough to work on a card.
