Sell a bration

Hi.... I'm just getting into stamping... I LOVE SU stuff. Can someone tell me a bit about sell a bration. It sounds like its a post- holiday sale. Do they have new sets that come out.. are current sets discounted... ?

I think it is a Jan-Feb promotion. (I know Feb for sure; can't remember when it starts) For every $50 you spend, you can choose a special free Sell-A-Bration stamp set. There are 4 sets; usually only 3 make it into the new Idea Book & Catalog, and there is no clue which won't make it.

For the last two years (and I know that it happened before then also) Stampin' Up! has Sell-A-Bration during January and February. What happens is when an order of $50 is placed the customer can pick one of four stamp sets for FREE. There is no limit to the number of free sets - it is each $50 spent.

You also get free sets for hosting a show in addition to any order you may have. You get different #'s of sets based on your Workshop sales! It is a fun time to spend money on stamping. These sets usually sell for 16.95 after SAB ends if they end up in the new catty!

Who doesn't love getting FREE stamps?
