I want to purchase one of the specials for the March promo. I like Stipple Celebrations and Shapes and Shadows. Which set do you think is more versitile and more likely not to get retired? I like them both but can only afford one of them.
I really like Shapes and Shadows, but if you are not really sure go to the gallery and look through the samples in there and maybe that will help you make your decision...or maybe you could order one now and one at the end of the month so that you could get both  Good luck in your decision.
I'm going to be the minority here, while I like shapes and shadows...Stipple Celebrations has been my addiction since purchasing it for full price back in december
It really is a versatile set and definantly my favorite right now!
tough choice, I bought shapes and shadows first, but I love stipple celebrations for scrapbooking. I'd say go with Shapes and Shadows because the outline and solid stamps give you more variety than just the solids from Stipple. And, you do have all 4 seasons in Shapes & Shadows:
winter: snowflake
spring: flower
summer: butterfly
fall: leaf
Location: I'm in the secret sister protection program.

I agree with Stipple Celebrations for a couple of reasons. First, I think it has more possible uses for different types of cards. Also if you pair it with Sincere Salutations....woo hoo! I also think that although retro is "in" at the moment, it will enevitably go "out" so it is more likely to retire sooner and more likely to make you sick of the set later.
I am getting Shapes and Shadows, Stipple Celebrations and Lovely as a Tree.... Of all 3 of those sets I think Lovely as a Tree would be the first to retire!
