I have a stamp something like that - don't know where I got it: "If you knew how long it took me to make this card, you would never throw it away!"

this is such a fun thread 'cause I don't know how many people really take time to check out your gallery. We get to see cards that have been in each other's galleries for awhile but have been over looked. What wonderful talent is on here!!!

I know I"ve seen some funny stamps for the back of the card along these lines, but I can't remember where! Something along the lines of "this card took me an hour to make and if you throw it away I will haunt you for the rest of your days".................not verbatim mind you, but you get the drift!
Mandy what a great thread you started, this has been fun to look and see so many I'd missed some I'm seeing again and one I even commented on during the gallery issue days but I wasn't there now so got to comment again! Thanks for the fun! Great name too, that's my granddaughter's name.

unfortunately I have only 3 cards in my gallery since I have only started making cards since August. This is not my favorite but only one I have in my gallery to share that's kind of decent. I just loved the retired set with the bears and had to have it for my triplets thank you cards. The other two cards I have I don't think I did the technique correctly and was still waiting for advice from others on how to fix them.
Just got through commenting on everybody's cards. Whew! That took me a long time!! Thanks for sharing all your beautiful creations!! Lots of talent here!
What a fun idea!! I loved looking at everyones. I have to admit, I have a couple of favorites, what's funny is that most of the ones I like, aren't always the ones everyone else comments on - hummmmm???
Anyway, I have to pick this one because it was so labor intensive - I didn't think so at the time, but the thought of making another one is too much!! I think I will send it to my husband so I can confiscate it and keep it!! Hee Hee!! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
ROF!!! That would be hilarious! I bet they would BIG BUCKS for a stamp that said that!!! bwahahahaa
There is a Judi-Kins stamp that says "Enclosed is a HANDMADE CARD as such it deserves a place of honor and respect in your home and should not be casually discarded like an ordinary store-bought card". It's a small rectangular stamp that (probably) works best just over the seal on the back of the envelope.
Because of this thread my favorite card has had over 1000 views and 43 really nice comments!! It is amazing what that can do for your self esteem!! I'm going to re-read them anytime I'm feeling down. Thanks for the lift. Hope I made some people feel better too!
I guess this would be the card I like although I'm not that comfortable posting it as I think all of you make SUCH AWESOME cards and I'm actually kind of embarrased trying to "toot my horn". Sue (blushing)

You made me go look in my gallery for the card with the most views well you didn't force me but your post made me curious. One has 3,119 views and only 26 comments. Do we have that many lurkers here! I can't help but comment if I bring the card up to large view.

My best one (Lilac Christmas) is 2238 views - but I do have 87 comments. Wow!
