Snooks & Boo - Quick Card Caddy Template?

Just wanted to know if anyone has heard if "Snooks & Boo" (the place where a lot of us have ordered the Quick Card Caddy and the Perfect Pillow Puff Templates) are on holidays or something?

I placed and paid for an order on July 28th for both templates and still haven't received anything from them....PLUS I've e-mailed them (2 times now over the past 2 weeks) wanting to know if they received my order and an estimated delivery time....BUT still haven't heard from them at all.

I know that delivery to Canada can take longer but it is going on 6+ weeks now.

Just curious if anyone else knows anything!!

While you're waiting, you could try these printable templates from Mirkwood. They aren't not as sturdy as a plastic template, but if you have a deadline to meet.....

They're in the Chicago suburbs (Bartlett). At least that's what the return address was when I ordered templates from them in July.

Mine came pretty quickly once I ordered it. It could be held up in customs, but the fact that you've emailed them twice and they haven't responded would concern me. Good Luck!!

I emailed snooksandboo for you and they emailed me back right away. Could you possibly have the wrong email address? Your order has been shipped and you should have received it by now. I have referred many people (in the USA, though) and they have had no problem with customer service. All of them have received their templates promptly and love them. Sure hope you received them. They sent them Global Priority and you should have got them in 4-6 business days.
