Does anyone know of a software program that will keep track of the cards you make (and the recipes) and the people that you send them t?
In addition to the normal cards I make for everyone and for every occasion, I have a lot of people in my life with cancer. I try to be sure to send them a card every week.... and often I make multiples of a card...it is getting hard to keep track of who has gotten which card.
I'm looking for some way to track my cards (image) and the recipe and the recipients. Anyone know of anything??
I am wondering if you could do it in evernote? ( I am tracking stamps and tools in mine) but, I have considered adding mug shots of cards I have made with said tools to each note..
Interesting question. I know people have said Evernote for their inventory like stamps. But I have not heard of something to use this way. I would be interested too.
I would love software to inventory my supplies. I use an excel spreadsheet but I tend to forget to update it as I order or purchase things. I have the best of intentions but it all falls to the wayside after awhile. I should give my phone and evernote a try.
As well as Evernote you can also find a software program called One Note in Microsoft Office. Works in pretty much the same way as Evernote, it's one plus being the ability to resize your images with a 'free transform' tool, something that Evernote lacks. I use it for tracking supplies. You could scan in your cards and store them. You could create 'pages' for each person, or each occasion. Runs on PC, tablet & phone too. And it's completely free, whereas the basic Evernote is free, to get better features you need to upgrade a paid version. Still don't get a 'free transform' feature, though.

This is a good option. I use One Note a LOT but never thought to use it for this purpose. I wouldn't say it is FREE though as Microsoft office is not free.
I'll have to try your suggestion on pages for each person or occasion. Thanks for the suggestions.
Firework, you are quite right, I should have considered that! I was lucky and got it as a freebie with my Windows tablet, so completely forgot that it's normally a paid for software.

Evernote now DOES have a resize feature - so happy about that.
You could easily file your cards in Evernote. You can add tags, or just add text to the individual entry. Both are searchable. The search feature even finds text in stamped sentiments - it's pretty cool!
