Default Spectrum Pad - make your own colors?

Did anyone get the colors that Scott Strehlow said he used to make his own Spectrum Pad colors? I have Pumpkin Pie and Ruby Red and that's all I got. I loved his color combination and have no clue what the rest were. I would appreciate any help!

Thanks!

I didn't get to go to convention...did he make any projects with the spectrum pad? If so, does anyone have any pictures?
