Question Spinner card/ "rocker" card how-to?

Hi
Several months ago I saw directions for a cute card that used a coin to make part of an image "rock" back and forth. It wasn't a spinner card where the image runs along a track, it just swayed. I think the sample was a girl in a hula skirt. I've looked through the tutorials, but I can't find anything like that. Was I imagining it? Can anyone point me to the directions?
Thanks,
Karen

it's really easy. cut a hole in the face of the card. on the back of the image you want to sway place a thick dimensional. attach a long piece of cardstock through the hole in the card face and at the bottom attach a penny in between a fold. I'll see if I can find the actual tutorial link...

But the way I learned how to do it at a recent Shoebox swap was like I described above.
