Which stamp companies have the best customer service?
I have been reading some negative feedback on some stamp companies. Now, I would like to hear which stamp companies have the best customer service. I live overseas and have only been a Stampin' Up customer until recently. So far, the best customer service I've received is GinaK Designs. For Christmas last year, I ordered a Scor-Pal and I messed up my Paypal payment (it happens when you leave overseas b/c of extra precautions by PP). One of Gina's employees actually called to confirm the info. I got my order within a few days and they even include a bag of M&Ms with my order.
So, come on ladies, let's give a shout out to those wonderful companies who work hard to please their customers. I would keep this list in mind next time I order...

FYI - I have an APO address and every one of these companies got my orders to me quickly and without problem! I don't know what their international shipping policies are though.
I have had fabulous customer service from the majority of places I have used, so I have to think good is the norm! Places I happily do business include:
Funky Kits
All That Scraps
Stamping Bella
The Paper Garden
Oh My Crafts
Oozark
The Angel Comany
7 Kids
Hmm, methinks I spend way too much money online shopping!
I just placed an order with paper Makeup stamps on Apr 18 and revcd my items on Apr 25 ... amazing ... and all the way to Canada Eh !!! Super fast shipping
Jacksonbelle ... same thing very very quick shipping .. will definatley purchase from them again...
and I just placed my first order with Stampingbella .... I hear they are great too.....
7kidscollegefund is one of my favorites. I also like Gina K and Papertrey. Sometimes takes a couple days to get questions answered by Papertrey but I love their products.
blessings.
I know they're huge, but Addicted to Rubber has been great for me. (Also have an FPO address.) I need a company that will ship priority and be quick about it. (Hope to have my stamps tomorrow!) I've been stamping for a LONG time and like that they still have names I'm familiar with too.
Wow, ladies, thanks so much. All this info is not good for my budget :-).

I love to support Brick & Mortar stores as much as possible but when I have to order online, I don't hesitate to order from those I mentioned.
I have received wonderful service from several companies! Today I ordered from GinaK. and two hours later received conformation that my order had been shipped. I have also received same day service from Our Dailey Bread and Ellen Hutson.

Gina K. has WONDERFUL customer service. Once an incorrect set was accidentally sent to me - when I contacted Gina regarding returning the item for the correct set, she told me to keep it for any inconvenience (and come on - free chocolate? ALWAYS a good thing!). And so far, I think my orders have always been shipped out in less than 24 hours. I do not know if she advertizes that or if I have just been lucky, but I am impressed nonetheless.
One time Lizzie Anne Designs left an item out of an order too - they shipped it immediately, along with an extra freebie product as their way of apologizing. Pretty sweet huh?
SU has been good about replacing any damaged items; I know a lot of people have not always had good CS from SU, but I have been lucky so far.
Kitchen Sink Stamps has always includes a freebie stamp with my orders in the past; free stuff is always a nice surprise right? And the owner, Maria, is a sweetheart.
I can't recall the name of the proprietor of Paper Garden Projects, but one time when she was out of a set I wanted she was very good about contacting me when the set was available - not all merchants have the time to do that.
There are a lot of other great companies out there who I am sure have cracker jack CS as well, but most of the time I place an order and it arrives safely, so I have not had the need to interact with CS much to judge either way.
wonerful service from rubber stamp tapestry. they made a mistake on my order and had corrected it and had the stamp set I ordered in the mail before I called them. Also love Cornish Heritage Farms and the reward program they have.
I just ordered last week from My Favorite Things and Unity. I can't praise them both enough. I ordered from MFT on Tuesday night and recieved on Saturday. I ordered from Unity on Friday and had stamps in hand today. Fantastic.
I've also had awesome service from Green Grass Stamps, Cornish Heritage Farms and Stampscapes.
In full disclosure, I am on the DT now for Art Declassified. I ordered from them before I was on their DT and recieved stamps within a couple days of my order. Great service, too.
Another vote for Gina K Designs. Gina and her employees are amazing.
I have also had a great experience with MerriArtist.com and The Greeting Farm. Both have great products & prices. When I ordered Copic markers from MerriArtist. I had them within 2 business days and they shipped from Washington state to Pennsylvania (very fast).
I've had great service from:
2RedBananas
Paper Garden Projects
Ellen Hutson
Ritz Camera
dr designs
Inky Antics
My Favorite Things
Sunday International
I'm sure there are others but can't think of them at the moment.

Reason: to add on
I've ordered many times from Flourishes and had great results and also love the wonderful way Verves sends their things packaged so pretty. I also had great service from Rubber Stamp Tapestry.

For those of you ordering from Ritz, are you doing so directly or via Amazon?--I was surprised to see them and Joanns on there in my searches the other day.
I agree with OP about Gina K...I have even called them when something wasn't on the on-line site and they found the product for me! WOW!
I also, LOVE Flourishes! (Before and after I started designing for them.) They go out of their way to make customers happy!
I also LOVE There She Goes...You order it, and you get it! PERIOD! No excuses.
OOOOOOOo....and Sweet N' Sassy Stamps gets their "regular" orders out RIGHT AWAY!
The Greeting Farm gets product or digis to you IMMEDIATELY...I LOVE that!
I wanted to purchase a BUNCH of digis from Dustin Pike and it was done in NO TIME!
Big companies....LOVE SIZZIX.com! WOW! Great customer service there! And, Creativexpress gets right on the phone and researches, with you on the phone with them. I also LOVE UCut@Home! WOW!
Flourishes. 7 Kids College Fund, Ritz Camera have all given me very good, efficient customer service. May I just add also my SU demo, who I met on SCS, Stampinky53 is wonderful!!!!!!
Good customer service to me means:
easy to order
few problems, but when there are, prompt resolution of problems
shipping within 2 - 3 days of placing an order unless the company says otherwise.
company stands behind product
customer service responds within 24 hours
The following meet that criteria without hesitation:
I Heart Papers
Gina K
Cornish Heritage Farms
Ellen Hutson
Amuse Arts
Stampin Up (when I was a demo), as a customer it is more tricky to evaluate, as I also have to evaluate the demo...and so far thumbs up on most demos!!
Scrapyland
Flourishes
Verve
