I ordered the wrong size charm for the necklace thinking bigger was better...don't like it. What is the exchange policy? I don't want to cause any trouble for the representative. Can I exchange it? Thanks!

Yes! Call or email your demo! It won't cause her any trouble and that's what we are there for,to help you!!!! You can exchange it if it's within 90 days, I think 90 is the magic number. I think she can just point you in the direction of a form to fill out and then you ship it back and it's that easy...I've never done it though!
Yes, exchanging is super easy - contact your demo and she will print out a form for you and help you fill it in - mail it and the charm to Stampin Up and they will send you the item you want in return for it - you pay the shipping to return it, but they send you your replacement goods with free shipping. And yes, you have to do it within 90 days
