I am trying to place an order on my demo's website, and have two questions about two different products. She's on vacation, so I can't contact her.
Here they are, any help is appreciated!
1.) I wanted to order the Chevron embossing folder, but I can't get it to come up at all, is there a reason?
2.) I wanted to order the Pennant Parade set in acrylic, but when I look for it, another set comes up, looks the same, but it has a French name (I think!) and has a different product number. Any ideas?
SU's site can be a bit maddening, I find. I was able to plug in the product number for the chevron folder and it took me straight to it. But, I had to Google search the other and go in that way. Here's the links to the products:
Since you already got some help.....I will just drop this, they are going to redo the website. Not sure when the new one will take place or what the changes will be but hopefully they will fix some of these issues. I always think it would be great if they put more descriptions on the website.
OK. I got the Chevron folder now, but I still can't get the pennant set. It comes up like this: Fanions En F�te - Clear-Mount Stamp 124837
It looks like the same set, but the words are French and it has a different number!! She's from the East Coast, and nothing else is coming up like this, and I don't want this one. Any ideas?
I went to the store, put pennant parade in the store search box with clear as my category and it came right up (along with the French set, but I just clicked on the English.) The previous poster had the correct product number.
Hi, thank you all for your help. What a nightmare it was! I only found the set with your help. And in the end, I accidentally ordered two Chevron folders. Is the return policy easy? I could try to trade it here, I think, too. My mom called me during all of this so that diverted my attention from carefully checking my final order... and then I was just so flustered by it all! LOL. Can you tell I don't order SU much? Still, looking forward to my order!
I recently placed my first SU online order & was amazed at how frustrating it was to find my way around and to locate the items I wanted. I had my shopping list organized by name with item numbers & catalog page numbers, but still had difficulty. There were a couple of little things I would have liked to spend my hostess dollars on, but just couldn't find them when searching by product name. It took forever. I did fill out the pop-up survey and told them exactly how disappointed I was in their online shopping experience.

Glad I'm not the only one. I am pretty Internet savvy so I was surprised to have these issues. Add to it my demo was on vacation, I was flying blind. Glad people in this thread helped me!
